Representative Stern, his family, staff, and friends prepare for the annual Martinsburg Parade held every July in his hometown.  It has become a tradition for the Stern for Assembly crew to throw peanuts and candy to people anxiously watching along the street.  The parade is an excellent opportunity for Jerry to greet his constituents face-to-face as he is running down the street throwing peanuts!
