The 80th legislative district stretches from rich farmland in southern Blair County to the growing industries of northern Blair. In between are the boroughs of Bellwood, Duncansville, Hollidaysburg, Martinsburg, Newry, Roaring Spring, Williamsburg, and Tyrone (Precincts 1, 2, 4, and 6).

Townships in the 80th district include all of Antis, Blair, Catharine, Frankstown, Freedom, Greenfield, Huston, Juniata, North Woodbury, Taylor, Woodbury, and parts of Allegheny (Precincts 1, 2, and 4), Snyder (Precinct 1), and Tyrone (Precinct 2).
